摘 要:定向钻施工技术因其较传统直埋方式有着先天性的优势,在燃气管线施工中普遍使用,但因其无法见管测绘给燃气管道的精确定位带来了较大困扰.结合HR集团庐江至池州高压天然气管线工程定向钻施工引入陀螺仪定位技术实践,利用定向钻导向数据、管线探测仪探测数据及设计施工图与陀螺仪探测数据进行对比,阐述了陀螺仪定位技术的定位数据质量,以及较传统测绘技术的准确性,在定向钻管线施工中全面推广陀螺仪定位技术积累经验.Directional drilling construction technology is widely used in gas pipeline construction because of its inherent advantages over the traditional direct burial method,but it brings great trouble to the accurate positioning of gas pipeline because it can not see the pipe mapping.Combined with the practice of introducing gyroscope positioning technology into the directional drilling construction of Lujiang Chizhou high pressure natural gas pipeline project of HR group,this paper expounds the positioning data quality of gyroscope positioning technology and the accuracy of traditional surveying and mapping technology by comparing the directional drilling guidance data,pipeline detector detection data and design construction drawings with gyroscope detection data,It will accumulate experience for HR group to comprehensively promote gyroscope positioning technology in directional drilling pipeline construction in the later stage.
