摘　　要：旨在优化短U产品生产过程中的质量控制策略,以提高产品质量和生产效率.通过分析初加工、清洗和烘干、自动焊接等环节中存在的问题,采用高精度工具、设备升级和参数优化等措施,显著减少毛刺和铜屑,提升清洗效果,改善焊接质量.数据分析显示,优化措施有效降低了生产过程中的废品率和返工率,显著提高了产品质量和生产效率.The research aims to optimize quality control strategies in the production process of short U products to enhance product quality and production efficiency.By analyzing issues in stages such as initial processing,cleaning and drying,and automatic welding,and by implementing measures such as high-precision tools,equipment upgrades,and parameter optimization,burrs and copper chips are significantly reduced,cleaning effectiveness is improved,and welding quality is enhanced.Data analysis shows that the optimization measures effectively reduce the defect rate and rework rate in the production process,significantly improving product quality and production efficiency.
