摘 要:犁铧失效导致的农业机械浪费巨大,原有的防护涂层局限于单纯硬化,对犁铧力学性能改善有限。采用磁控溅射技术进行制备CrN/ZrN多层涂层,调制周期分别为1、2、4、6。用X射线衍射(XRD)等设备表征不同调制周期的CrN/ZrN多层涂层的表面形貌和物相结构,探究调制周期对涂层物相结构以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:磁控溅射法制备的CrN/ZrN多层涂层表面平整,结构较为致密;CrN和ZrN可能均以非晶形态存在于涂层中,涂层中Cr(110)晶面的晶粒尺寸分别为8.6 nm、9.4 nm、10.1 nm、14.1 nm。当CrN/ZrN多层涂层的调制周期为1时,H、E、H/E和H^(3)/E^(2)均到达最大值,涂层具有较为优异的力学性能。当调制周期为2时,涂层的弹性恢复系数达最大值27.636%;涂层调制周期改变对涂层整体摩擦系数并无明显影响,四组样品摩擦系数都在0.7~0.9范围内波动。The waste of agricultural machinery due to ploughshare failure is enormous,and the original protective coatings are limited to simple hardening,which improves the mechanical properties of ploughshares to a limited extent.In this paper,CrN/ZrN multilayer coatings were prepared by magnetron sputtering with modulation periods of 1,2,4,and 6,respectively,and X-ray diffraction(XRD)equipment was used to characterise the surface morphology and the physical structure of the CrN/ZrN multilayer coatings with different modulation periods,and to investigate the effects of modulation periods on the physical structure and mechanical properties of the coatings.The results show that the surface of the CrN/ZrN multilayer coatings prepared by magnetron sputtering is flat and the structure is relatively dense;both CrN and ZrN may exist in the coatings in an amorphous form,and the grain sizes of the Cr(110)crystal faces in the coatings are 8.6 nm,9.4 nm,10.1 nm,and 14.1 nm,respectively.When the modulation period of the CrN/ZrN multilayer coatings is 1,the modulation periods of H,E,H/E and H^(3)/E^(2) reach the maximum value,and the coating has more excellent mechanical properties.When the modulation period is 2,the elastic recovery coefficient of the coatings reaches the maximum value of 27.636%;the change of the modulation period of the coatings does not have a significant effect on the overall friction coefficient of the coatings,and the friction coefficients of the four groups of samples fluctuate in the range of 0.7~0.9.
