摘 要:随着我国铁路行业的快速发展,我国铁路线路技术有了很大的提高,对高速道岔的需求也日益增长。传统道岔由于通过速度较低,钢轨制造精度和工艺技术较为落后,已无法满足高速铁路的需求。因此,采用数控机床进行高速道岔钢轨的加工成为必然选择。数控机床以其高精度、高效率和高适用性,能够满足高速道岔钢轨的加工要求。通过对其关键工序的深入分析,指出数控机床在道岔钢轨加工中展现出卓越的产品质量、高效的加工速度和广泛的应用前景。With the rapid development of China's railroad industry,China's railroad line technology has improved greatly,and the demand for high-speed turnouts is also growing.Traditional turnouts due to the low passing speed,rail manufacturing precision and process technology is backward,has been unable to meet the needs of high-speed railroads.Therefore,the use of CNC machine tools for high-speed turnout rail processing has become an inevitable choice.With its high precision,high efficiency and high applicability,CNC machine tools can meet the processing requirements of high-speed turnout rails.Through the in-depth analysis of the key processes,this paper points out that CNC machine tools in the processing of turnout rails show excellent product quality,high efficient processing speed and a wide range of application prospects.
