牙周组织再生术治疗牙周炎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析对于牙周炎患者施以牙周组织再生术加以施治的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年8月南京医科大学附属口腔医院牙周炎患者76例,通过随机数字表法分为两组,各组均38例,对照组患者为常规牙周基础治疗,观察组则联合运用牙周组织再生术治疗,针对两组患者的临床疗效、相关牙周指标以及疼痛程度等进行比较。结果治疗总有效率相比,观察组的97.37%,高于对照组的84.21%(P<0.05);治疗后两组龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)、牙菌斑指数(PLI)以及附着丧失(AL)水平,以及视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论对牙周炎患者通过联合应用牙周组织再生术进行治疗能够有效减轻局部疼痛感,改善牙周健康状况,并提升治疗效果。Objective To analyze the effect of combined periodontal tissue regeneration in patients with periodontitis.Methods A total of 76 patients with periodontitis from the Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received conventional periodontal basic treatment,while the observation group received periodontal tissue regeneration combined treatment.The clinical efficacy,periodontal indexes and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the total effective rate of treatment,97.37%in the observation group was higher than 84.21%in the control group(P<0.05);the gingival sulcus bleeding index(SBI),gingival index(GI),probing depth(PD)of periodontal pockets,plaque index(PLI),and attachment loss(AL)levels as well as visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were lower in the two treatment groups,and lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The combined application of periodontal tissue regeneration in the treatment of periodontitis patients can effectively reduce the local pain,improve the periodontal health status,and significantly enhance the therapeutic effect.
