摘 要:目的探索导师责任制在急诊医学专业住院医师规范化培训中,为导师责任制带教的推广及应用提供科学依据。方法选取39名本院2018至2023届毕业的急诊医学规范化培训医师分为传统带教组(对照组,16名)与导师负责制带教组(试验组,23名),比较两组教学效果及教学满意度。结果试验组医师理论考核成绩、临床技能成绩、首次职业医师通过率、发表的论文数均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组导师满意度评分,理论学习、临床技能、临床思维、科研能力、学习计划执行、职业认同、医患沟通的满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论导师责任制可以明显提高规范化培训医师的理论成绩、临床技能,首次医师资格考试通过率及发表论文数,提高学员的教学满意度。Objective To investigate the responsibility system of mentors in the standardized training of emergency medicine residents,providing a scientific foundation for the promotion and application of the tutor responsibility system in education.Methods A total of 39 emergency medicine standardized training physicians who graduated from our hospital between 2018 and 2023 were selected and divided into a traditional group(control group,16 people)and a mentor-responsibility group(experimental group,23 people).The teaching effectiveness and satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group's physicians scored higher in theoretical assessments,clinical skills,first-time physician licensing pass rates,and the number of published papers compared to the control group(all P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the experimental group showed higher satisfaction in tutor satisfaction,theoretical learning,clinical skills,clinical reasoning,research capability,execution of study plans,professional identity,and doctor-patient communication(all P<0.05).Conclusions The tutor responsibility system can significantly enhance the theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of standardized training physicians,increase the pass rate of the initial medical licensing examination,and boost the number of published papers,thereby improving trainees'satisfaction with the teaching.
