康复新液联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的疗效及对胃黏膜的修复作用

摘　　要：目的观察康复新液联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的疗效及对胃黏膜的修复作用。方法选取2022年11月—2024年3月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院收治的126例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各63例。对照组予艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶片,研究组在对照组基础上联合康复新液,2组患者均连续治疗4周。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后表皮细胞生长因子(EGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平、胃黏膜形态评分及不良反应。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.83%,高于对照组的87.30%(χ^(2)=3.910,P=0.048)。治疗4周后,2组EGF、VEGF水平高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.01);2组黏膜厚度、炎性细胞浸润程度及腺体密度评分低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.01)。对照组与研究组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(20.63%vs.19.05%,χ^(2)=0.050,P=0.823)。结论康复新液联合艾司奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡可增强效果,可更有效地促进血管生成,提高胃黏膜修复效果,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with esomeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer and its repair of gastric mucosal.Methods A total of 126 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to Ningde Municipal Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from November 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group,with 63 patients in each group.The control group were treated with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets,while the study group were received Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Clinical efficacy,EGF,VEGF and gastric mucosa morphology score before and after treatment,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.83%,which was higher than 87.30%of the control group(χ^(2)=3.910,P=0.048).Compared with those before treatment,levels of EGF,VEGF of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment were higher,and the indexes after 4 weeks of treatment in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01);Scores of the mucosal thickness,inflammatory cell infiltration degree and glandular density of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment were lower,and the indexes after 4 weeks of treatment in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the study group(20.63%vs.19.05%,χ^(2)=0.050,P=0.823).Conclusion The combination therapy of Kangfuxin liquid and esomeprazole can enhance the treatment effect for gastric ulcer,it can more effectively promote angiogenesis,improve the repair of gastric mucosa,and with higher safety.
