摘　　要：目的目的基于真实世界数据对骨与软骨组织肿瘤患者皮瓣坏死的原因挖掘,并分析其相关危险因素。方法方法采用方便取样法,选取2021年8月1日至2023年8月1日期间在浙江省某肿瘤专科医院接受治疗并行皮瓣修复术的473例患者为研究对象。采用单因素分析和Logistic回归分析患者发生皮瓣坏死的危险因素。结果结果患者的年龄、吸烟史、凝血四项是否异常、静脉血管吻合数量是否<2、是否应用微血管吻合装置、术后是否应用抗凝剂、皮瓣的温度及颜色是否异常、术前麻醉评分以及受区是否有手术史是评判皮瓣是否发生坏死风险的危险因素。结论结论关注围术期间患者重要指标的管理与监测,通过合理的术前评估、精细化的手术操作以及术后的科学护理,将有助于提升皮瓣移植术后皮瓣的存活率。Objective To explore the causes of skin flap necrosis in patients with bone and cartilage tissue tumors based on real-world data,and analyze its related risk factors.Method Convenient sampling method was used to select 473 patients who received treatment and skin flap repair surgery at a specialized cancer hospital in Zhejiang Province from August 1,2021 to August 1,2023 as the research sub-jects.Single factor analysis and logistic regression were used to analyze the risk factors for skin flap necrosis in patients.Result The age,smoking history,coagulation status,number of venous anastomoses<2,use of microvascular anastomosis devices,postoperative use of antico-agulants,abnormal temperature and color of the skin flap,preoperative anesthesia score,and surgical history in the recipient area are risk factors for assessing the risk of skin flap necrosis.Conclusion Paying attention to the management and monitoring of important indicators of patients during the perioperative period,through reasonable preoperative evaluation,refined surgical operations,and scientific postopera-tive nursing,will help improve the survival rate of skin flaps after skin flap transplantation.
