摘　　要：随着我国乡村振兴战略的全面推进和健康中国战略的深入实施,乡村医生在推动农村卫生服务和提升居民健康水平方面扮演着越来越重要的角色。然而,乡村医生面临着教育培训资源匮乏、职业认同感低、专业技能不足等诸多挑战。本研究通过对云南省民族地区乡村医生培训需求情况开展调查研究,提出有针对性的培训策略和建议,以期提高云南省民族地区基层医疗服务能力,为乡村振兴提供坚强的健康保障。With the comprehensive promotion of China's rural revitalization strategy and the deepening implementation of the Healthy China strategy,rural doctors play an increasingly important role in promoting rural health services and improving residents'health levels.How-ever,rural doctors face many challenges such as a lack of educational and training resources,low professional identity,and insufficient pro-fessional skills.This study conducted a survey on the training needs of rural doctors in ethnic minority areas of Yunnan Province,and pro-posed targeted training strategies and suggestions to improve the primary healthcare service capabilities in these areas and provide strong health guarantees for rural revitalization.
