摘 要:我国高等教育领域的“新工科”专业建设和“一流本科课程”建设规划对对教学能力建设提出了更高要求。按照“一流学科”的办学定位,需要思考的是人才培养“以知识为本位”转变为“以职业能力为导向”,以知识输入导向为知识输出导向型。基于CBE-5E复合理念的兴趣牵引、能力导向,完成了课程教学内容和知识体系的更新和有机整合,构建了基于CBE-5E复合理念的兴趣牵引、能力导向的油藏经营管理课程知识架构以及教学模式,强化了学生利用交叉学科多维度知识联合运用解决油藏经营管理问题的实际能力。通过课程改革,通过多维度、过程化、分散式的学生考核评价体系-全程监督学生学习情况,对该门课程的学习达到了教学的目标,达成度在90%以上,并使学生实现了4个方面的积极转变:被动学习转变为主动学习;低效率学习转变为高效率研究,知识点学习转变为解决问题的综合能力学习;个体学习转变为互动、合作、探究式学习。The construction of the“New Engineering”major and the“First Class Undergraduate Curriculum”plan in the field of higher education in China have put forward higher requirements for the construction of teaching capabilities.According to the positioning of“first-class disciplines”in education,it is necessary to consider the transformation of talent cultivation from“knowledge-based”to“vocational ability oriented”,and from knowledge input oriented to knowledge output oriented.Based on the CBE-5E composite concept of interest driven and ability oriented,the course teaching content and knowledge system have been updated and organically integrated.A knowledge framework and teaching mode for the oil reservoir management course based on the CBE-5E composite concept of interest driven and ability oriented have been constructed,strengthening the practical ability of students to use interdisciplinary and multi-dimensional knowledge to jointly apply and solve oil reservoir management problems.Through curriculum reform and a multi-dimensional,process oriented,and decentralized student assessment and evaluation system that monitors student learning throughout the process,the learning of this course has achieved the teaching objectives with a attainment rate of over 90%,and has enabled students to achieve positive transformation in four aspects.Transforming passive learning into active learning;Transforming inefficient learning into efficient research,and transforming knowledge point learning into comprehensive problem-solving ability learning;Individual learning has transformed into interactive,collaborative,and exploratory learning.
