牦牛乳对骨质疏松症成年小鼠骨骼形成的影响

摘　　要：本文以帕米尔牦牛乳为原料,采用维甲酸(retinoic acid,RA)诱导的骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)为研究对象,通过对成年小鼠骨量、骨转换标志物、骨表面形态、骨微结构以及骨生物力学性能的测定,来评估牦牛乳对骨质疏松症小鼠骨形成的影响。研究表明,牦牛乳可显著提高骨质量和骨长度,降低血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase,TRAP)与碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)水平以及提高小鼠骨保护素(osteoprotegerin,OPG)水平(P<0.05),可改善成年OP小鼠股骨表面形态,减少骨表面凹坑数量与面积,同时还能促进骨小梁形成,提高小鼠骨生物力学性能,改善OP小鼠骨微结构及骨质量。结果表明,牦牛乳具有通过改善骨形成,提高骨骼质量来改善OP的作用,为新疆牦牛乳开发利用提供理论依据。This study used Pamir yak milk as the raw material and induced osteoporosis(OP)with retinoic acid(RA).The study evaluated the effect of yak milk on bone formation in OP mice by measuring bone mass,bone turnover markers,bone surface morphology,bone microstructure,and biomechanical properties.The study found that yak milk significantly increased bone weight and bone length,decreased the levels of serum tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP)and alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and increased the level of osteoprotegerin(OPG)in mice with OP(P<0.05).Yak milk also improved the surface morphology of femurs in adult OP mice,reduced the number and area of bone surface pits,promoted the formation of bone trabeculae,improved the biomechanical properties of mice,and improved the bone microstructure and bone quality of OP mice.These results indicate that yak milk has the potential to improve OP by enhancing bone formation and improving bone quality,providing a theoretical basis for the development and utilization of Pamir yak milk in Xinjiang.
