摘  要:在正畸过程中,牙周组织受到机械刺激后产生无菌性炎症反应,介导受力区域骨改建及正畸牙移动。免疫系统在这一过程中发挥了关键的作用。免疫细胞作为参与免疫应答和免疫反应相关的细胞,是免疫系统发挥功能的主要执行者。本文就现有研究,对不同免疫细胞在正畸牙移动骨改建中的调节作用进行总结阐述。目前研究表明,固有免疫细胞和适应性免疫细胞都在正畸牙移动骨改建的过程中扮演重要的角色,通过复杂的细胞-细胞、细胞-分子调节网络,在正畸过程中共同协调骨组织的改建和重塑。During the orthodontic treatment,periodontal tissues undergo a aseptic inflammatory response due to mechanical stimulation,which mediates bone remodeling and orthodontic tooth movement in the force-applied areas.The immune system plays a crucial role in this process.Immune cells,as participants in immune responses and related reactions,are the primary executors of the immune system’s functions.This article summarizes and explains the regulatory roles of various immune cells in bone remodeling during orthodontic tooth movement based on existing researches.Current studies suggest that both innate immune cells and adaptive immune cells play important roles in bone remodeling during orthodontic tooth movement.Through a complex network of cell-to-cell and cell-to-molecule regulation,they work together to coordinate the remodeling and reshaping of bone tissue during the orthodontic process.
