摘 要:通过回火膨胀试验研究回火过程中残余奥氏体转变对贝氏体钢圆棒尺寸膨胀的影响规律。结果表明:在400℃以上回火时贝氏体钢试棒发生残余奥氏体转变,超过520℃回火时残余奥氏体转变完全;在400~520℃温度区间回火温度越高,残余奥氏体转变越高,回火后的贝氏体钢圆棒在长度方向的尺寸膨胀百分比越大,两者呈现较好的线性关系;结合残余奥氏体转变与回火温度关系式和长度膨胀比与残余奥氏体转变关系式,可以预测不同规格的贝氏体钢在不同回火温度下的尺寸膨胀量,为生产过程中尺寸控制提供参考。To study influence of residual austenite transformation on bainitic steel round barssize expansion during tempering process through tempering expansion test.Results indicate that residual austenite transformation occurs in bainitic steel sample when tempered above 400℃,and complete transformation occurs when tempered above 520℃.The higher the tempering temperature in temperature range of 400~520℃,the higher the transformation of residual austenite,the larger the percentage of size expansion in length direction of tempered bainitic steel round bar,showing good linear relationship between the two.By combining relationship between residual austenite transformation and tempering temperature,as well as relationship between length expansion ratio and residual austenite transformation,it is possible to predict size expansion of different specifications of bainitic steel at different tempering temperatures,providing reference for size control in production process.
