摘  要:铁死亡是一种依赖铁的脂质过氧化驱动的独特细胞死亡形式,其调节机制涉及代谢紊乱和氧化还原系统的失衡。铁死亡与肿瘤免疫微环境中的多种免疫细胞(包括抗肿瘤和促肿瘤免疫细胞)密切相关,并在肿瘤免疫治疗中展现出巨大潜力。系统回顾铁死亡的调节机制及其与免疫细胞的关系,有助于深入了解其在肿瘤免疫治疗中的应用前景。Ferroptosis is a unique form of cell death driven by iron-dependent lipid peroxidation,with regulatory mechanisms involving metabolic dysregulation and imbalance in redox systems.Ferroptosis is closely related to various immune cells in the tumor immune microenvironment,including both anti-tumor and pro-tumor immune cells,and it demonstrates significant potential in tumor immunotherapy.A systematic review of the regulatory mechanisms of ferroptosis and its relationship with immune cells can provide deeper insights into its application prospects in tumor immunotherapy.
