摘　　要：数字技术通过数据集成和智能分析,推动了基层治理模式深刻变革,加速了多主体共建共治共享格局的构建,促进了基层治理现代化进程。在基层治理变革中,数字技术通过优化治理模式、强化多元协作机制、提升治理体系和治理能力现代化水平,为基层治理注入新动能。数字技术从科学民主的决策支持、智能平台的协同治理、多主体参与模式的重塑等维度,显著推动基层治理机制优化。基层治理中的数字鸿沟、数据安全、制度滞后等运行难题亟待破解。为此,应系统弥合数字鸿沟、强化数据安全保障、完善法律制度和治理结构,进一步释放数字技术在基层治理中的潜能,为基层治理现代化提供坚实支撑。Digital technology,through data integration and intelligent analysis,has driven profound changes in grassroots governance models,accelerated the construction of a multi-party collaborative co construction,co governance,and sharing pattern,and promoted the modernization process of grassroots governance.In the transformation of grassroots governance,digital technology injects new momentum into grassroots governance by optimizing governance models,strengthening diverse collaboration mechanisms,and enhancing the modernization level of governance systems and capabilities.Digital technology significantly promotes the optimization of grassroots governance mechanisms from multiple dimensions such as scientific and democratic decision support,collaborative governance of intelligent platforms,and reshaping of multi-party participation models.The operational difficulties such as digital divide,data security,and institutional lag in grassroots governance urgently need to be solved.To this end,it is necessary to systematically bridge the digital divide,strengthen data security guarantees,improve legal systems and governance structures,further unleash the potential of digital technology in grassroots governance,and provide solid support for the modernization of grassroots governance.
