高等教育扩张对居民的增收效应研究——基于CGSS数据的实证分析

摘  要:共同富裕是中国式现代化视阈下的重要理论命题,而高等教育的发展对实现共同富裕有着重要影响。通过探究高等教育扩张对居民平均收入水平的影响发现:高等教育扩张后居民的平均收入显著提高50%—80%,实现了增收效应;增收效应对不同收入阶层群体产生的增收强度各异,低收入阶层的增收强度相比于中高阶层存在明显差距,中等阶层收入群体与高阶层收入群体的增收强度相差不大。以高质量高等教育为共同富裕蓄力赋能,需要进一步协调完善政策、强化在校生专业技能培养、切断贫富代际传递的不合理通道。Common prosperity is an important theoretical proposition under the perspective of Chinese modernization,and the development of higher education has an important impact on the realization of common prosperity.By exploring the impact of higher education expansion on the average income level of residents,it is found that the average income of residents after the expansion of higher education significantly increased by 50%-80%,realizing the income-generating effect.However,the income-generating effect has different income-generating intensities for different income groups,and there is an obvious gap between the income-generating intensity of low-income groups and that of middle-and high-income groups,and the"Matthew effect"in the distribution of income still persists.Although the difference between the income intensity of middle-class income groups and high-class income groups is not big,there is no trend of narrowing the income gap,and the income-generating effect brought by the expansion of higher education has to a certain extent widened the income gap of various economic classes.With high-quality higher education to build up and empower the common prosperity,coordinating and improving policies,strengthening the professional skills training of students,and cutting off the irrational channels of intergenerational transmission of wealth and poverty need to be put on the agenda.
