摘　　要：系统研究战略与创业的微观基础,促进微观与宏观的融合聚变,是战略与创业研究取得高质量发展的根本路径。基于第二届战略与创业微观基础学术会议的主题报告,对创新驱动创业微观基础研究的内涵、必要性、现有的研究探索以及未来的研究方向进行了深入讨论。归纳得出:创新驱动创业研究必须注重新情境,运用交叉学科新方法,从整体视角、动态视角以及跨层面多主体视角系统研究复杂情境对微观要素和宏观行为的影响,及其动态交互演化过程。A systematic study of the microfoundations of strategy and entrepreneurship,and promoting the integration and fusion of micro and macro perspectives,is the fundamental way to achieve high-quality development in strategy and entrepreneurship research.Based on the keynote speeches delivered by scholars at the Second Conference on Microfoundations of Strategy and Entrepreneurship,it explored the nature,necessity,existing research,future research directions of microfoundations in innovation-driven entrepreneurship.It suggests that research on innovationdriven entrepreneurship must pay close attention to novel contexts,adopt interdisciplinary approaches,and systematically examine the complex interplay between micro-level elements and macro-level behaviors in dynamic,multi-agent settings from a holistic,dynamic,and cross-level perspective.
