摘　　要：全媒体时代,高校舆情扩散速度异常迅速、影响范围极其广泛,需要整合各方资源、提高舆情治理能力,有效规避舆情事件对高校的负面影响。为促进高校舆情治理科学有效开展,需要准确透视高校舆情生命运动周期事实逻辑、主体治理链条行动逻辑、内在动力源泉理论逻辑,为高校舆情科学治理提供理论支持。科学研判高校舆情多元主体协同治理理念、协同治理的职权责、协同治理机制等所面临的现实挑战,从建好协同治理支持系统、打造“扁平化”的协同治理框架、创新多元主体协同治理机制等方面积极创新,全面提升高校舆情治理成效。In the all-media era,university public opinion spreads rapidly and its impact is extensive.Collaborative governance by multiple subjects is needed to effectively reduce the negative impact of public opinion incidents on universities and avoid the expansion of public opinion incidents.We shall follow the factual logic of the life cycle of university public opinion,the action logic of the subject governance chain,and the theoretical logic of the source of internal motivation,which constitute the theoretical support for the scientific governance of university public opinion.The collaborative governance of university public opinion by multiple subjects faces practical challenges such as different governance concepts,unclear authority in collaborative governance,and imperfect collaborative governance mechanism.Innovations should be carried out in building a collaborative governance support system,creating a“flat”framework of collaborative governance,and creating the collaborative governance mechanisms of multiple subjects,thereby comprehensively improving the effectiveness of university public opinion governance.
