摘 要:随着数字时代发展,老年群体在数字教育领域占有极为重要的地位。通过对2018—2020年中国老年社会追踪调查(CLASS)纵向数据中数字反哺及话语权进行logistic回归,发现家庭场域中数字反哺与(外/曾)子女话语权存在显著的正向关系。实证检验表明:老年人从(外/曾)子女处学会上网这一事实会增强后者对前者行为的影响力,即老年人接受(外/曾)子女的数字反哺会提高后者的话语权,降低老年人的话语权。具体来说,当老年人能够从他们的后代那里获得更多关于如何使用电子设备、访问在线资源等方面的帮助时,这种互动往往会增加后代在家庭讨论中的发言权,并相应地减少老年人的影响力。针对家庭后喻文化中数字反哺产生的话语转变及其现实挑战,应帮助亲代认识和理解自己的多重身份,增加个人认同感;明确子代所处角色的权利义务,培养积极的反哺意识;鼓励社会增加替代性支持,提供多方向的数字反哺途径。With that development of digital age,digital education for the older adults is growing extremely important.Through logistic regression of digital reverse mentoring and discourse in the longitudinal data of the 2018—2020 China Learning Older Adults Social Tracking Survey(CLASS),it is found that there is a significant positive relationship between digital reverse mentoring and the discourse of grandchildren and/or great-grandchildren in the family field.The empirical tests show that older adults learn to access the Internet from their grandchildren and/or great-grandchildren enhances the latter's influence on the former's behavior,i.e.,older adults'acceptance of digital reverse mentoring from their grandchildren and/or great-grandchildren increases the latter's power of discourse and decreases the older adults'power of discourse.Specifically,when older adults are able to receive more help from their offspring on how to use electronic devices,access online resources,etc.,this interaction tends to increase the offspring's voice in family discussions and correspondingly decrease the older adults'influence.In response to the discursive shifts generated by digital reverse mentoring in the family post-figurative culture and its practical challenges,it is important to help the offspring to recognize and understand their multiple identities and to increase their sense of personal identity;to clarify the rights and obligations of the roles in which the offspring are involved;to develop a positive sense of reverse mentoring;and to encourage the society to increase its alternative support and to provide multi-directional pathways for digital reverse mentoring.
