茶产业旅游响应度评价及茶旅融合对策--以湖北省黄冈市为例

摘　　要：以湖北省黄冈市为例,构建综合指数模型、响应度模型,对茶产业旅游响应度进行评价,为科学指导茶旅融合高质量发展提供参考。研究发现,2016—2021年黄冈市茶产业、旅游产业均呈增长趋势,发展指数年均增长率分别为39.91%、20.19%,旅游产业发展指数值显著高于茶产业发展指数;虽然旅游产业在2020年增速较茶产业明显偏低,但产业发展韧性强,茶旅融合发展态势良好。2016—2021年黄冈市茶产业与旅游产业呈正响应关系,但茶产业旅游响应度呈逐年下降趋势。研究指出,黄冈市应进一步统筹布局、科学规划,加强茶旅基础设施建设;优势互补、错位竞争,因地制宜发展特色茶旅产业;高度参与、深度体验,大力开发茶旅组合精品;加强科技和人才支撑,促进茶旅产业线上、线下融合发展。Taking Huanggang City,Hubei Province as an example,comprehensive index model and responsiveness model were constructed,and tourism responsiveness of tea industry was evaluated,providing a reference for scientifically guiding high-quality development of tea-tourism integration.It was found that,from 2016 to 2021,both of tea industry and tourism industry showed an increasing trend,average annual growth rates of development index were 39.91%and 20.19%respectively,and development index of tourism industry was significantly higher than tea industry.Growth rate of tourism industry was obviously lower than that of tea industry in 2020,but the industry was resilient,and tea-tourism integration was in a good state.From 2016 to 2021,tea industry and tourism industry had a positive response relationship,but tourism responsiveness of tea industry showed a declining trend year by year.It pointed out that,Huanggang should further co-ordinate layout,scientific planning,and strengthen infrastructure construction of tea-tourism integration;complement each other's strengths,staggered competition,and develop tea-tourism integration industry with local characteristics according to local conditions;participate in a high degree,experience in depth,and vigorously develop tea-tourism portfolio products;and strengthen support of science,technology,and talents to promote integration of tea-tourism industry online and offline development.
