摘　　要：视觉识别系统是落实视觉传达精确性和有效性的科学方法与技术手段,通过系统化、形象化的信息管理技术为各类企事业单位、社会组织和民间团体构建具有自身特色的社会形象,形成综合性的市场影响力。提出乡村视觉识别系统的构建及应用问题,并分析其对于乡村产业发展、内部社会治理、文化传承及生态文明建设等方面的聚合作用。以青海省海东市平安区乡村振兴规划中视觉识别系统设计及实际应用为例,提出现阶段乡村视觉识别系统设计应以乡村产业发展为重点,并围绕乡村文化传承、社会治理、乡风文明建设等多方面的发展目标进行跨层次融合,以促进乡村振兴整体发展目标与阶段性任务的实现和完成。Visual identification system is a scientific method and technical means to implement accuracy and effectiveness of visual communication.It builds a social image with its own characteristics for various enterprises and institutions,social organizations and civil organizations through systematic and image-based information management technology,and forms a comprehensive market influence.Construction and application of rural visual identification system was proposed,and its use for rural industrial development,internal social governance and ecological civilization construction was analyzed.Taking design and practical application of visual identification system in rural revitalization plan of Ping'an District,Haidong City,Qinghai Province as an example,it was proposed that design of rural visual identification system at this stage should focus on rural industrial development,and integrate across levels around development goals of rural cultural inheritance,social governance and rural civilization construction,in order to promote realization and completion of overall development goals and stages of rural revitalization.
