摘 要:依托长江漫滩地区某穿越特厚暗浜区的地下互通隧道工程,深大异形基坑、地质条件差、基坑变形控制难、安全风险压力大,是这类工程施工管理的重点与难点。为解决以上问题,通过采取分期分段优化工序、坑中坑顺作法、槽壁加固、地连墙接缝处理、MJS隔离保护等措施,辅以基坑内支撑轴力补偿系统、三维可视化基坑监测系统等关键技术,临近文保历史建筑和既有隧道进行超深超宽基坑开挖施工,结果表明:采取以上针对性的关键措施,可有效确保粉砂地层深大弧形基坑施工满足安全质量要求,对类似工程的设计和施工有借鉴意义。This article is based on the construction project of an underground interchange tunnel that passes through a thick and dark area in the Yangtze River floodplain region.The deep and irregular foundation pit,poor geological conditions,difficult deformation control of the foundation pit,and high safety risk pressure are the key and difficult points of construction management for such projects.To solve the above problems,measures such as phased and segmented optimization of processes,pit in pit alignment method,groove wall reinforcement,ground wall joint treatment,MJS isolation protection,etc.were taken,supplemented by key technologies such as the support axial force compensation system in the foundation pit and the 3D visualization foundation pit monitoring system.The excavation construction of ultra-deep and ultra-wide foundation pits near historical buildings and existing tunnels was carried out.The results showed that the targeted key measures effectively ensured that the safety and quality of the construction of deep arc-shaped foundation pits in silt formations met the requirements,which has reference significance for the design and construction of similar projects.
