应用型本科人才培养模式研究的现实脉络与热点推演--基于CiteSpace的可视化图谱分析

摘　　要：文章运用文献计量学方法,利用CiteSpace软件,对1998-2024年我国应用型本科人才培养领域研究进行系统回顾,分析发文数量、核心作者、机构合作、关键词共现、聚类及突现词,揭示该领域的研究热点、演进脉络与发展方向。研究发现,我国应用型本科人才培养模式研究经历了探索期、上升期及衰减期三个阶段,呈现政策驱动的特点;研究力量之间合作松散,呈现“小集聚、大分散”的特征;研究多集中于“人才培养”“应用型”“校企合作”等宏观方向,新兴趋势聚焦产教融合和人工智能,突显人才培养的社会需求导向。我国应用型本科人才培养模式需明确培养定位,重塑价值导向;加强学术合作,完善合作网络;抓住时代机遇,创新培养路径,为社会培养出高层次的应用型人才。Using bibliometrics and CiteSpace visualization software,this study systematically reviews the research progress in the field of applied undergraduate talent cultivation in China from 1998 to 2024 to uncover the research hotspots,evolutionary trajectory,and future trends within this domain.Through comprehensive analysis of dimensions including the distribution of publication counts,core author groups,institutional collaboration networks,keyword co-occurrences,clustering,and burst terms,this study delves deeply into the research hotspots and evolutionary path of the field.The findings reveal that research on applied undergraduate talent cultivation in China has progressed through three distinct phases:exploration,ascendancy,and stabilization.The research hotspots are concentrated around keywords such as“talent cultivation,”“applied,”“school-enterprise cooperation,”and“industry-education integration.”The study posits that,in the future,applied undergraduate talent cultivation in China should clarify its cultivation orientation and reshape value identification,enhance academic collaboration and improve collaboration networks,innovate cultivation pathways to facilitate transformation and upgrading,and seize contemporary opportunities to cultivate high-level applied talents.
