摘　　要：宫颈癌(cervical cancer, CC)是当今社会威胁女性健康的重大疾病,发病率与死亡率均位居全球女性恶性肿瘤的第4名,是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一。CC是目前病因较为明确的肿瘤性疾病,甚至是可预防、消除、避免的一种癌症。目前国际范围内已公认高危型人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)是导致宫颈癌的病因,这也成为宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染女性产生多种不良情绪的导火索。本文对人乳头瘤病毒感染的分子学特征、与CC的关系,以及产生各种不同不良情绪的原因、消除不良情绪的方法等进行综述,旨在为临床缓解和消除HPV感染女性的心理问题提供理论和实践的依据。Cervical cancer poses a significant threat to women's health in contemporary society,ranking fourth in both incidence and mortality rates among female malignant tumors worldwide.It is one of the most common malignant tumors.Cervical cancer is currently one of the few cancer types with a well‐defined etiology,and it is preventable,eliminable,and avoidable.,It is now internationally widely recognized that high‐risk human papillomavirus(HPV)is the primary cause of cervical cancer,and this recognition has also led to various adverse emotions among cervical HPV‐infected women.This article reviews the molecular characteristics of HPV infection,its relationship with cervical cancer,the causes of the resulting adverse emotions,and methods for alleviating these emotions,with the aim of providing a theoretical and practical evidences for clinical interventions to alleviate and eliminate psychological problems of HPV‐infected women.
