摘　　要：我国人口老龄化日益加剧,老年口腔健康问题已逐渐成为老年医学研究和公共卫生领域的焦点。口腔衰弱作为老年综合征的一种典型表现,与多种健康问题密切相关,其科学评估和有效干预具有重要意义。本文综述国内外老年口腔衰弱的评估方法及其干预措施,梳理主要评估工具,并探讨多种干预措施及其应用效果,分析现有研究存在的不足,并对未来研究方向进行展望,旨在为老年口腔衰弱的科学评估和干预提供理论基础和实践指导。With the intensification of population aging in China,the issue of oral health in the elderly has gradually become a focal point in geriatric research and public health.Oral frailty,as a typical manifestation of geriatric syndromes,is closely related to various health problems,making its scientific assessment and effective intervention highly significant.This paper reviews the assessment methods and intervention measures for oral frailty in the elderly,both domestically and internationally.It summarizes the main assessment tools,explores various intervention measures and their application effects,analyzes the shortcomings of existing research,and provides an outlook on future research directions.The aim is to provide a theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the scientific assessment and intervention of oral frailty in the elderly.
