摘　　要：目的编制中老年颅内动脉瘤合并高血压患者血压管理的知识、态度、行为的问卷,并检验信效度,为给患者提供针对性的血压策略提供依据。方法基于知信行(KAP)框架,采用文献分析法、半结构访谈法,德尔菲专家函询法及预调查形成待验问卷。采用便利抽样法,选取华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院神经外科2023年3至9月的261例中老年颅内动脉瘤合并高血压患者进行预调查形成待验问卷,对问卷进行项目分析和信效度评价,形成正式问卷。结果问卷包括3个维度、43个条目,总问卷Cronbach’s a系数为0.991,问卷CVI为0.857,知识、态度、行为的3个维度的CVI分别为0.807、0.837、0.879。结论中老年颅内动脉瘤合并高血压患者的血压管理知信行问卷具有较好的信效度,可用于该类患者血压管理知识、态度、行为的现状调查。Objective To develop a questionnaire on knowledge attitude and belief practice of blood pressure management in middle-aged and elderly patients with intracranial aneurysms and hypertension,and test its reliability and validity to provide a basis for targeted blood pressure management strategies.Methods Based on the knowledge attitude belief practice(KAP)framework,the questionnaire was formed by literature analysis,semi-structural interview,Delphi expert correspondence and pre-investigation.A convenience sampling method was used to select 261 middle-aged and elderly patients with intracranial aneurysms and hypertension from March 2023 to September 2023 in Department of Neurosurgery,Union Hospital of Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology for preliminary experimental investigation of the questionnaire for item analysis and reliability and validity evaluation,and a formal questionnaire was formed.Results The questionnaire included 3 dimensions,43 items in total.Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.991,CVI was 0.857,and CVI was 0.807,0.837 and 0.879,respectively.Conclusions This questionnaire of knowledge attitude and belief practice of blood pressure management in middle-aged and elderly patients with intracranial aneurysm and hypertension has good reliability and validity and can be used to investigate the current situation of blood pressure management knowledge attitude and belief practice in middle-aged and elderly patients with intracranial aneurysm and hypertension.
