摘　　要：目的探讨颞肌内浸润性脂肪瘤的外科治疗效果。方法报道2018年12月份由我科收治,手术并经病理检查确认的1例颞肌内浸润性脂肪瘤患者治疗及随访结果。结果检索文献发现既往无颞肌内浸润性脂肪瘤的病例报道,浸润性脂肪瘤治疗后复发率高,该例病例随访5年未复发。结论手术彻底切除或扩大切除是治疗浸润性脂肪瘤的主要手段。Objective To investigate the surgical treatment of intratemporal muscle infiltrating lipoma.Methods A case of intratemporal muscle infiltrating lipoma admitted to our department and confirmed by surgery and pathological examination in December 2018 was reported.Results There was no previous report of intratemporal muscle infiltrating lipoma in the literature.The recurrence rate of invasive lipoma was high after treatment.This case was followed up for 5 years without recurrence.Conclusions Radical or extended surgical resection is the main treatment for infiltrative lipoma.
