摘　　要：新质生产力是唯物史观中国化时代化的术语表达,是马克思主义生产力理论与中国发展实际相结合的理论结晶,这也要求我们立足唯物史观来深刻理解生产力的时代内涵。新质生产力的形成和发展丰富、拓展了生产力、生产关系的内涵,彰显了社会存在和社会意识的辩证统一,是中国共产党人发挥历史主动精神准确识别社会发展方位,应对社会发展问题的新思路,更是摆脱全球发展困境、把握历史大势的新创见。在新质生产力的构成要素中,生产力的历史性、科技异化的现实性和绿色发展的指向性决定了科技创新是新质生产力的核心要素,是对马克思“生产力中也包括科学”命题的现实发展。新质生产力将人的自由全面发展作为目标归宿,而人的自由全面发展又为新质生产力进一步发展提供智力支持,这充分彰显了中国特色社会主义的制度优势,也为中国式现代化建设提供了强大支撑。The concept of“New-Quality Productive Forces”is a distinctive term rooted in Chinese characteristics and historical materialism.It represents the theoretical crystallization of Marxist productivity theory,while also aligning with China’s contemporary development reality.To fully understand this concept,it is essential to explore the notion of productivity through the lens of historical materialism.The emergence and evolution of New-Quality Productive Forces have expanded and deepened the understanding of both productive forces and production relations,underscoring the dialectical unity of social existence and social consciousness.This idea reflects a novel approach by Chinese communists to actively engage with historical dynamics,accurately navigate social development trajectories,and address the contradictions inherent in that development.Moreover,it offers a new way of overcoming global development challenges and seizing the broader historical trends.The three core elements of New-Quality Productive Forces—the historicity of productivity,the reality of scientific and technological alienation,and the directive of green development—underscore the central role of scientific and technological innovation.These elements also demonstrate the relevance of Marxism’s proposition that“productivity includes science.”New-Quality Productive Forces aim for the free and all-round development of human beings as its ultimate goal.In turn,this human-centered development provides the intellectual foundation for advancing these new productive forces.This dynamic illustrates the institutional advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics and strengthens the foundation for China’s modernization.
