摘　　要：生物化学与分子生物学是研究生命控制过程主要分子机制的重要领域。在建设国家一流本科专业的背景下,生物化学和分子生物学实验教学改革,对于提升生命科学相关专业本科学生的科研创新能力和科研素质至关重要。根据国家一流本科专业建设的人才培养要求,针对实验教学现状及问题,文章提出了学生主导式实验教学模式,并以PCR实验为例阐述了具体的实验教学改革方案,以期逐步推动生物化学与分子生物学实验教学改革,提高学生的科学思维能力和动手能力,为国家一流本科专业建设培养更多优秀的生命科学专业人才。Biochemistry and molecular biology are crucial fields that explore the primary molecular mechanisms controlling life processes.Under the background of the construction of national first-class undergraduate majors,the reform of experimental teaching in biochemistry and molecular biology is paramount for enhancing the research and innovation ability and scientific qualities of undergraduate students majoring in life sciences.In accordance with the talent cultivation requirements of national first-class undergraduate majors,a student-led experimental teaching model is proposed to address the current status and existing issues in experimental teaching.By using PCR experiments as an example,specific experimental teaching reform plans are outlined,aiming at gradually promoting the reform of experimental teaching in biochemistry and molecular biology,enhancing students’scientific thinking and practical skills,and nurturing more outstanding talents in life sciences for the construction of national first-class undergraduate majors.
