摘  要:文章通过有机肥(CK)、有机肥配施酵素菌肥A(A1)、有机肥配施酵素菌肥B(A2)和有机肥配施酵素菌肥C(A3)4种施肥模式,研究酵素菌肥对茶园表层和次表层土壤活性组分的影响,具体包括有效养分(碱解氮、有效磷、速效钾)、微生物生物量(生物量碳、氮、磷)、土壤胞外酶活性(酸性蛋白酶和酸性磷酸酶),以及微生物(细菌和真菌)数目等。结果表明,与单纯施用有机肥相比,有机肥配施酵素菌肥可使土壤表层和次表层的各项生物活性组分指标显著提高,同时酵素菌肥不仅可显著改善表层土壤的各项生物活性组分,而且对表层土壤的影响也远远大于次表层土壤。此外,3种酵素菌肥效果不同,且A1的处理改善效果最优。The paper examines the impact of enzymatic bacterial fertilizers on the active components of topsoil and subsoil in tea gardens through four fertilization modes:organic fertilizer(CK),organic fertilizer combined with enzymatic bacterial fertilizer A(A1),organic fertilizer combined with enzymatic bacterial fertilizer B(A2),and organic fertilizer combined with enzymatic bacterial fertilizer C(A3).The study specifically focuses on available nutrients(alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium),microbial biomass(biomass carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus),soil extracellular enzyme activities(acid protease and acid phosphatase),and microbial(bacterial and fungal)populations.The results indicate that,compared to the application of organic fertilizer alone,the combination of organic fertilizer with enzymatic bacterial fertilizer significantly enhances various biological activity indicators in both topsoil and subsoil.Furthermore,enzymatic bacterial fertilizers not only notably improve the biological activity components of the topsoil but also exert a much greater influence on the topsoil than on the subsoil.Additionally,the three types of enzymatic bacterial fertilizers exhibit different effects,with the A1 treatment showing the best improvement.
