摘 要:为消除煤炭转运站点煤炭采制化环节人的参与因素,保证煤质检验公平公正,进一步提升煤质检测的无人化、智能化水平,设计开发一套基于工业控制机器人的智能车载式煤炭采制样系统,结合煤质在线检测技术的实时性,实现更高效的堆场静止煤的质量检测。该系统由车载式移动平台、六轴工业机器人、激光盘煤系统、螺旋式采样器、高性能破碎机、智能型缩分器、样品智能封装系统、在线快速测量系统组成,具备一键盘煤、自动采样、智能制样、密码封装、快速检测等功能,其中煤质快速检测采用多能X射线吸收法进行测量,可消除单一能量下可能存在的干扰因素,从而得到更为准确和可靠的煤质检测结果,具有高灵敏度和准确性,能够快速、无损地对煤样进行检测。系统在陕蒙矿区部分煤源转运站点进行了实际工程应用,可完全取代人工采制、制样,在线化验结果也为煤炭贸易结算提供了实时数据依据,解决了传统煤质检测中存在的各种问题,如人工采样误差大、检测周期长、不能实时反映煤质变化等,解决部分煤源矿点和集运站无法建设固定式采制样系统的堵点,攻克了复杂多变采样场景的难点。通过自动化、智能感知、自适应控制、在线检测以及数据分析等功能的集成,实现了煤质检测的智能化,并为煤炭行业提供了高效、精准和可靠的生产解决方案。In order to eliminate the participation factor of personnel in the coal mining and preparation process at coal transfer stations,ensure fair and impartial coal quality inspection,and further improve the unmanned and intelligent level of coal quality detection,a set of intelligent vehicle mounted coal sampling system based on industrial control robots was designed and developed.Combined with the real-time performance of coal quality online detection technology,more efficient quality detection of static coal in the yard was achieved.The system was composed of a vehicle mounted mobile platform,a six axis industrial robot,a laser coal pan system,a spiral sampler,a high-performance crusher,an intelligent divider,an intelligent sample packaging system,and an online fast measurement system.It has the functions of one keyboard coal,automatic sampling,intelligent sample preparation,password packaging,fast detection,etc.The fast detection of coal quality uses the multi energy X-ray absorption method to measure,which can eliminate the possible interference factors under a single energy,so as to obtain more accurate and reliable coal quality detection results.It has high sensitivity and accuracy,and can detect coal samples quickly and nondestructive.The system has been practically applied in some coal source transfer stations in the Shaanxi Inner Mongolia mining area,and can completely replace manual sampling and sample preparation.The online laboratory test results also provide real-time data basis for coal trade settlement,solving various problems in traditional coal quality detection,such as large errors in manual sampling,long detection cycles,and inability to reflect changes in coal quality in real time.It also solves the bottleneck of some coal source mining points and collection stations that cannot build fixed sampling and preparation systems,and overcomes the difficulties of complex and variable sampling scenarios.Through the integration of automation,intelligent perception,adaptive control,online detection,and data
