摘 要:目前矿用本安型电磁铁吸力特性测试中采用手动方式调节气隙,无法自动完成全行程的力-位移测试,只能靠描点生成精度较差的力-位移特性曲线。利用电动缸调节气隙的方式,实现了电磁铁全行程的力-位移特性测试,并自动生成滞环曲线。测试程序中利用力反馈和电动缸变速的自动寻零方法,既保护了力传感器,又提高了效率。最后利用测试结果建立矿用本安电磁铁神经网络模型,有助于参数优化后的性能预测,有效提高了矿用本安型电磁铁的研发效率。At present,manual adjustment of the air gap is used to test the suction characteristics of intrinsically safe mining electromagnets,which cannot automatically complete the full stroke force displacement test.Only by tracing points can the force displacement characteristic curve with poor accuracy be generated.By using an electric cylinder to adjust the air gap,the force displacement characteristics of the electromagnet throughout its full stroke were tested,and hysteresis curves were automatically generated.The automatic zero finding method using force feedback and electric cylinder variable speed in the testing program not only protects the force sensor but also improves efficiency.Finally,using the test results to establish a neural network model for mining intrinsic safety electromagnets can help predict performance after parameter optimization,effectively improving the research and development efficiency of mining intrinsic safety electromagnets.
