针刺联合火龙罐综合灸治疗风寒袭络型周围性面瘫的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨针刺联合火龙罐综合灸治疗风寒袭络型周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法选取2023年10月—2024年7月湖北省中医院针灸科收治的风寒袭络型周围性面瘫患者72例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组36例,在辨证施护的基础上对照组采用常规针刺治疗,观察组采用针刺联合火龙罐综合灸治疗,比较两组干预前后的H-B分级、FDI评分及临床疗效。结果干预4周±2日后,观察组H-B评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者FDI评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合火龙罐综合灸有利于促进风寒袭络型周围性面瘫患者的面神经功能恢复,可提高治愈率,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and dragon jar moxibustion in the treatment of peripheral facial palsy with wind-cold attack.Methods A total of 72 patients with peripheral facial palsy with wind-cold attack admitted to the Acupuncture Department of Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the method of randomised numerical table,with 36 cases in each group.On the basis of evidence-based care,the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with integrated moxibustion with dragon pots.H-B grade,FDI score and clinical efficacy were compared before and after intervention.Results After 4 weeks±2 days of intervention,H-B score of observation group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).after intervention,the FDI score was better in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect was significantly better than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with integrated moxibustion with fire dragon pot is beneficial to promote the recovery of facial nerve function in patients with peripheral facial paralysis of wind-cold attack type and improve the cure rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
