乳牙根管治疗中应用Vitapex糊剂的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察Vitapex糊剂在乳牙根管治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年12月拟于北大医疗淄博医院口腔科行乳牙根管治疗的患儿80例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。两组均接受乳牙根管治疗,观察组使用Vitapex糊剂填充,对照组使用氢氧化钙糊剂填充。比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.034),观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P=0.026)。结论:Vitapex糊剂能够改善乳牙根管治疗效果,降低不良反应发生风险。Objective:To observe the effect of Vitapex paste in root canal treatment of deciduous teeth.Methods:A total of eighty children who were scheduled to receive root canal treatment for deciduous teeth in stomatology department of Peking University Medical Zibo Hospital from April 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with forty cases in each group.Both groups received deciduous tooth root canal treatment.The observation group was filled with Vitapex paste,while the control group was filled with calcium hydroxide paste.The therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.034);the total incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.026).Conclusion:Vitapex paste can improve the outcome of root canal treatment of deciduous teeth and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
