即刻种植牙法和常规种植牙法治疗牙齿缺失的效果比较

摘　　要：目的:比较即刻种植牙法和常规种植牙法治疗牙齿缺失的效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年9月于东莞康华医院就诊的牙齿缺失患者110例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为参照组与试验组,每组55例。参照组采用常规种植牙法治疗,试验组采用即刻种植牙法治疗。比较两组治疗效果、牙齿功能及美观度、并发症发生情况、患者满意度。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P=0.026);治疗后,两组语言功能、美观程度、咀嚼功能、舒适程度评分升高,试验组高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组并发症总发生率低于参照组(P=0.026);试验组患者总满意度高于参照组(P=0.022)。结论:即刻种植牙法治疗牙齿缺失患者的效果优于常规种植牙法,可提高患者牙齿功能及美观度,降低并发症发生率,患者满意度更高。Objective:To compare the effect of immediate dental implants and conventional dental implants in the treatment of tooth loss.Methods:A total of one hundred and ten patients with tooth loss who were treated in Dongguan Kanghua Hospital from April 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to random number table method,with fifty-five cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional dental implant,and the experimental group was treated with immediate dental implants.The treatment effect,function and appearance of the teeth,complications and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of reference group(P=0.026);after treatment,the scores of language function,aesthetics,mastication function and comfort in two groups were increased,and those in experimental group were higher than those in reference group(P<0.05);the total complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of reference group(P=0.026);the total satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of reference group(P=0.022).Conclusion:The effect of immediate dental implants in the treatment of patients with tooth loss is better than that of conventional dental implant,which can improve the function and appearance of the teeth of patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and increase patient satisfaction.
