凝血4项指标诊断乙型肝炎相关肝癌的检验价值研究

摘　　要：研究凝血4项指标对于乙型肝炎相关肝癌的检验价值。选取2020年1月—2022年1月右江民族医学院附属医院收治的乙型肝炎相关肝癌患者作为研究组(n=32),并在同时间段选取右江民族医学院附属医院收治的良性肝病患者作为对照组(n=37),两组均接受凝血4项指标检测、肿瘤标志物检测;比较各组凝血4项指标水平及阳性率,比较两种检测方式诊断准确度。研究结果显示,研究组活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)水平均显著高于对照组,纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组APTT、TT、PT、FIB阳性率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);凝血4项指标诊断准确度显著高于肿瘤标志物诊断(P<0.05)。研究发现,凝血4项指标可为乙型肝炎相关肝癌提供较高的诊断价值,诊断准确度较高。To investigate the diagnostic value of four coagulation indicators for hepatitis B-related liver cancer.Patients with hepatitis B-related liver cancer admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study group(n=32),and patients with benign liver disease admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities during the same period were selected as the control group(n=37).Both groups underwent testing for four coagulation indicators and tumor markers;Compare the levels and positive rates of four coagulation indicators in each group,and compare the diagnostic accuracy of two detection methods.The research results showed that the levels of activated partial thromboplastin(APTT),thrombin(TT),thrombin(PT),alpha fetoprotein(AFP),and fucosidase(AFU)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the level of fibrinogen(FIB)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The positive rates of APTT,TT,PT,and FIB in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The diagnostic accuracy of the four coagulation indicators was significantly higher than that of tumor marker diagnosis(P<0.05).Research has found that four coagulation indicators can provide high diagnostic value and accuracy for hepatitis B-related liver cancer.
