摘　　要：探究p-PTEN、P27在胃癌组织、癌旁组织中的表达与临床参数的关系及临床价值。选取2010年6月—2023年8月期间南宁市第三人民医院由病理诊断证实为腺癌的60例胃癌根治术后标本作为研究对象,采用免疫组化的方法对胃癌及癌旁组织标本中p-PTEN、P27进行检测,依据其表达情况分组(低表达组、高表达组),并对比二者在胃癌组织中的阳性率,分析其与临床病理参数的关联。研究结果显示,胃癌组织p-PTEN表达显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);胃癌组织P27表达显著低于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。随着胃癌TNM分期的升高,分化程度降低,淋巴结转移的出现,局部浸润加深,p-PTEN阳性表达率逐渐上升,呈正相关;P27阳性表达率则逐渐下降,与临床病理参数呈负相关;其表达差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现胃癌组织中p-PTEN、P27的表达与TNM分期、肿瘤细胞分化程度、淋巴结转移、局部浸润深度密切相关;TNM分期、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移、局部浸润深度是影响患者预后的重要因素,可通过检测癌组织中p-PTEN、P27的表达情况,为患者诊断、预后提供参考。To explore the relationship and clinical value of p-PTEN and P27 expression with clinical parameters in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.Sixty postoperative specimens of gastric cancer confirmed as adenocarcinoma by pathological diagnosis from the Third People's Hospital of Nanning from June 2010 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect p-PTEN and P27 in gastric cancer and adjacent tissue specimens,and they were divided into low expression group and high expression group according to their expression status.The positive rates of the two in gastric cancer tissues were compared,and their correlation with clinical pathological parameters was analyzed.The research results showed that the expression of p-PTEN in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05);The expression of P27 in gastric cancer tissue was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).As the TNM staging of gastric cancer increases,the degree of differentiation decreases,lymph node metastasis occurs,local infiltration deepens,and the positive expression rate of p-PTEN gradually increases,showing a positive correlation;The positive expression rate of P27 gradually decreases and is negatively correlated with clinical pathological parameters;The expression differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The study found that the expression of p-PTEN and P27 in gastric cancer tissue is closely related to TNM staging,tumor cell differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis,and local infiltration depth;TNM staging,tissue differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis,and local infiltration depth are important factors affecting patient prognosis.By detecting the expression of p-PTEN and P27 in cancer tissues,reference can be provided for patient diagnosis and prognosis.
