《脾胃论》对中医脾胃临床教学的启示

摘　　要：《脾胃论》编于公元1249年,是李东垣创导的脾胃学说的代表性著作。李东垣是我国“脾胃学说”的创始人,其在脏腑辨证学说的基础上独立提出了内伤病之脾胃学说,给我国脾胃相关研究的发展奠定了坚实的基础,为我国的医学发展贡献了力量。文章从《脾胃论》的相关概述入手,分析了《脾胃论》对中医脾胃临床教学的启示。"Spleen and Stomach Theory"was compiled in 1249 AD and is a representative work of Li Dongyuan's theory of spleen and stomach.Li Dongyuan is the founder of the"spleen and stomach theory"in China.Based on the theory of organ differentiation,he independently proposed the spleen and stomach theory of internal injuries and diseases,laying a solid foundation for the development of spleen and stomach related research in China and contributing to the medical development of our country.The article starts with an overview of the"Spleen and Stomach Theory"and analyzes its implications for clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine spleen and stomach.
