内镜下止血技术在消化道出血治疗中的应用评价

摘  要:评价内镜下止血技术在消化道出血治疗中的临床应用效果。以2022年1月—2023年12月南宁市第三人民医院收治的104例消化道出血患者为研究对象,采用随机分组的方法,分为对照组(常规治疗)和实验组(内镜止血治疗),比较治疗效果。研究结果显示,研究组的止血时间、输血量和住院时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的止血总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组纤维蛋白原(FIB)指标水平显著高于对照组,研究组D-二聚体(D-D)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)指标水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,内镜下止血在消化道出血治疗中具有较好的临床应用效果,能提高止血成功率,缩短止血时间,降低再出血率,减少输血需求和住院天数。To evaluate the clinical application effect of endoscopic hemostasis technology in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding.A total of 104 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Nanning from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(conventional treatment)and an experimental group(endoscopic hemostasis treatment),and the treatment effects were compared.The research results showed that the hemostasis time,blood transfusion volume,and hospitalization time of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of hemostasis in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of fibrinogen(FIB)in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the levels of D-dimer(D-D),prothrombin time(PT),and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that endoscopic hemostasis has a good clinical application effect in the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding,which can improve the success rate of hemostasis,shorten the hemostasis time,reduce the rebleeding rate,reduce the need for blood transfusion and hospital stay.
