水凝胶型与橡胶型伤湿止痛膏中挥发性成分的含量测定研究

摘　　要：分析水凝胶型和橡胶型伤湿止痛膏中挥发性成分情况。采取毛细管气相色谱法检测不同类型伤湿止痛膏中樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯的含量,并比较橡胶型和水凝胶型伤湿止痛膏中挥发性成分的保留率。研究结果显示,樟脑、薄荷脑、冰片、水杨酸甲酯与其内标物质的峰面积比值呈良好的线性关系,RSD分别为0.65%、0.65%、0.68%与0.50%,平均加样回收率分别为99.77%、99.25%、99.98%与99.97%;水凝胶型伤湿止痛膏中各挥发性成分含量均比橡胶型伤湿止痛膏高;与橡胶型相比,水凝胶型伤湿止痛膏中各挥发性成分保留率较高(P<0.05)。研究发现水凝胶型较橡胶型更能保留伤湿止痛膏中挥发性成分。To analyze the volatile components in the hydrogel type and rubber type Shangshi Zhitong ointment.The contents of camphor,menthol,borneol and methyl salicylate in different types of Shangshi Zhitong Plasters were determined by capillary gas chromatography,and the retention rates of volatile components in rubber and hydrogel Shangshi Zhitong Plasters were compared.The research results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the peak area ratios of camphor,menthol,borneol,methyl salicylate and their internal standard substances,with RSD of 0.65%,0.65%,0.68% and 0.50%,respectively.were 99.77%,99.25%,99.98%,and 99.97%,respectively;The content of volatile components in the hydrogel type is higher than that in the rubber type;Compared with the rubber type,the retention rate of volatile components in the hydrogel type Shangshi Zhitong Plasters was higher(P<0.05).The study found that the hydrogel type could retain more volatile components in the Shangshi Zhitong Plasters than the rubber type.
