超声乳化联合散光晶体植入术对白内障的治疗效果

摘　　要：探讨超声乳化联合散光晶体植入术对白内障的治疗效果。通过对玉林爱尔眼科医院2020年1月—2022年12月收入的152例白内障患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析,均实施超声乳化联合散光晶体植入术治疗,共治疗152只眼,比较患者治疗前后的视力水平、散光情况、眼压、视觉功能。研究结果显示,与治疗前相比,治疗后视力P<0.1与0.1~0.4的患者占比明显降低,视力为0.8~1.2与≥1.2的患者占比明显升高(P<0.05);治疗前后,视力为0.4~0.8的患者占比无显著差异(P>0.05);与治疗前相比,患者治疗后的角膜散光度与眼压明显降低(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,患者治疗后的视功能指数量表评分明显升高(P<0.05)。研究发现超声乳化联合散光晶体植入术有助于提升白内障患者的视力,改善其散光情况,促使其视觉功能恢复。To explore the therapeutic effect of phacoemulsification combined with astigmatic lens implantation on cataracts.A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 152 cataract patients admitted to Aier Eye Hospital(Yulin)from January 2020 to December 2022.All patients underwent phacoemulsification combined with astigmatic lens implantation surgery,with a total of 152 eyes treated.The visual acuity,astigmatism,intraocular pressure,and visual function of the patients were compared before and after treatment.The research results showed that compared with before treatment,the proportion of patients with visual acuity<0.1 and 0.1~0.4 decreased significantly after treatment,while the proportion of patients with visual acuity 0.8~1.2 and≥1.2 increased significantly(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the proportion of patients with visual acuity of 0.4~0.8 before and after treatment(P>0.05);Compared with before treatment,the corneal astigmatism and intraocular pressure of patients after treatment were significantly reduced(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,the patient's visual function index score significantly increased after treatment(P<0.05).Research has found that phacoemulsification combined with astigmatic lens implantation can help improve the vision of cataract patients,improve their astigmatism,and promote the recovery of their visual function.
