盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑片辅助根管治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变疗效观察

摘　　要：观察盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑片辅助根管治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变疗效。选取招远市人民医院在2023年1月—2023年12月期间收治的82例牙周-牙髓联合病变患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法均等分成两组。患者在接受根管治疗的同时,对照组予以替硝唑片治疗,观察组予以盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑片治疗,比对两组疗效。研究结果显示,观察组临床疗效总有效率比对照组高,治疗后观察组牙周指标、龈沟液炎性因子水平比对照组低(P<0.05);而两组不良反应无显著差异(P>0.05)。研究发现盐酸米诺环素联合替硝唑片辅助根管治疗牙周-牙髓联合病变患者效果显著,可提高牙周健康状况,减轻炎症反应,且安全性得到保障。The aim of this article is to observe the efficacy of minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole tablets as an adjuvant root canal therapy for periodontal pulp lesions.82 patients with periodontal pulp combined lesions admitted to the People's Hospital of Zhaoyuan City from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups equally using a random number table method.While receiving root canal treatment,the control group was treated with tinidazole tablets,while the observation group was treated with minocycline hydrochloride combined with tinidazole tablets.The efficacy of the two groups was compared.The research results showed that the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.After treatment,the periodontal index and gingival crevicular fluid inflammatory factor levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Research has found that the combination of minocycline hydrochloride and tinidazole tablets as adjunctive root canal therapy has significant effects on patients with periodontal pulp lesions,improving periodontal health,reducing inflammatory reactions,and ensuring safety.
