摘 要:针对锻造、冲压等产品形状复杂、工艺约束多的特点,研究了基于CAD软件的先进建模方法。通过特征提取、参数化建模和有限元集成等技术,提高建模效率和质量。研究表明,采用先进技术可以实现对成形产品整体化特性的有效描述,满足后续工程分析需求。通过实例验证,基于特征识别与参数化技术的成形产品CAD建模方法具有较高的建模效率、较好的质量和优化的仿真速度。Aiming at the characteristics of forging,stamping and other products with complex shapes and many process constraints,an advanced modeling method based on CAD software is studied.Through feature extraction,parametric modeling and finite element integration and other technologies,the modeling efficiency and quality are improved.The study shows that the use of advanced technology can realize the effective description of the holistic characteristics of forming products and meet the subsequent engineering analysis needs.It is verified by examples that the CAD modeling method of formed products based on feature recognition and parametric technology has high modeling efficiency,good quality and optimized simulation speed.
