摘  要:为了提升不动产测绘的效率和精度,本文详细介绍了无人机倾斜摄影测量的应用流程。首先,通过合理的航线规划确保数据采集的全面性;其次,布置像控点以提高影像的几何精度;随后,进行多视影像预处理和空中三角测量,以优化影像质量;接着,采用多视影像密集匹配技术获取高精度点云数据;进而,构建点云构网与三维测绘模型;最后,对三维测绘精度进行评价。研究结果表明,无人机倾斜摄影测量在不动产测绘中能够显著提高测绘效率和精度,为不动产管理提供了有力支持。In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of real estate surveying,this article provides a detailed introduction to the application process of unmanned aerial vehicle oblique photogrammetry.Firstly,ensure the comprehensiveness of data collection through reasonable route planning;Secondly,arrange image control points to improve the geometric accuracy of the image;Subsequently,multi view image preprocessing and aerial triangulation are performed to optimize image quality;Next,using multi view image dense matching technology to obtain high-precision point cloud data;Furthermore,constructing a point cloud network and a 3D surveying model;Finally,evaluate the accuracy of 3D surveying and mapping.The research results indicate that unmanned aerial vehicle oblique photogrammetry can significantly improve surveying efficiency and accuracy in real estate surveying,providing strong support for real estate management.
