摘  要:[目的]试验旨在研究橙皮苷、百里香酚、迷迭香酸及其联合添加对肉仔鸡肠道免疫和抗氧化功能的影响。[方法]选用240只1日龄爱拔益加肉鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只。5组试验鸡分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组)以及在基础饲粮中添加40 mg·kg^(-1)橙皮苷(橙皮苷组)、40 mg·kg^(-1)百里香酚(百里香酚组)、20 mg·kg^(-1)迷迭香酸(迷迭香酸组)和 40 mg·kg^(-1)橙皮苷+40 mg·kg^(-1)百里香酚+20 mg·kg^(-1)迷迭香酸(联合组),试验期42 d。[结果]与对照组相比,联合组肉仔鸡的法氏囊指数显著增加(P<0.05),血清中脂多糖(LPS)、肿瘤坏死因子α、干扰素γ和白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、免疫球蛋白M的含量显著降低(P<0.05),回肠黏膜中细胞因子信号抑制因子1(SOCS1)、核因子E2相关因子(Nrf2)、醌氧化还原酶(NQO1)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX4)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD1)等基因mRNA表达水平以及过氧化氢酶活性显著增加(P<0.05),回肠和盲肠中丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05),盲肠黏膜中SOCS1、Nrf2、SOD1和GPX4 mRNA表达水平和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著增加(P<0.05);橙皮苷组肉仔鸡血清中LPS、IL-1β的含量显著降低(P<0.05),回肠黏膜Nrf2和SOCS1 mRNA表达水平显著增加(P<0.05),盲肠黏膜的GSH-Px活性显著增强(P<0.05);百里香酚组肉仔鸡血清中LPS、IL-1β含量显著降低(P<0.05),回肠黏膜中Nrf2、NQO1和SOCS1的mRNA表达水平显著增加(P<0.05),盲肠黏膜中GPX4的mRNA表达水平和GSH-Px活性显著增加(P<0.05);迷迭香酸组肉仔鸡血清中LPS、IL-1β含量显著降低(P<0.05),回肠黏膜中Nrf2、NQO1、SOD1和SOCS1 mRNA表达水平显著增加(P<0.05)。[结论]饲料中联合添加橙皮苷、百里香酚和迷迭香酸能够增加肉仔鸡法氏囊指数,降低血清中细胞因子含量,提高机体和黏膜的免疫能力,增强肠道黏膜的抗氧化能力。[Objectives]The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of hesperidin,thymol,rosmarinic acid,and their combined supplementation on the antioxidant and immune functions in broilers. [Methods]A total of 240 one-day-old Arbor Acres broilers were selected and randomly allocated into five groups,with six replicates per group and eight chickens per replicate. The control group received a basic diet(Con);the hesperidin group received a basic diet with an addition of 40 mg·kg^(-1) hesperidin(Hes);the thymol group had 40 mg·kg^(-1) thymol added to the basic diet(Thy);the rosmarinic acid group was supplemented with 20 mg·kg^(-1) rosmarinic acid in the basic diet(RA);and the combined group was given a basic diet with 40 mg·kg^(-1) hesperidin,40 mg·kg^(-1) thymol,and 20 mg·kg^(-1) rosmarinic acid(HTR). The trial lasted for 42 days. [Results]Compared to the Con group,the combined supplementation with three types of plant extracts significantly enhanced the bursa of fabricius index in broilers(P<0.05),marked reductions in serum content of lipopolysaccharides(LPS),tumor necrosis factor-α,interferon-γ,interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and immunoglobulin M(P<0.05),significantly increased the mRNA relative expression levels of genes of cytokine signaling inhibitor 1(SOCS1),nuclear factor E2-related factor(Nrf2),NAD(P)H quinone dehydrogenase 1(NQO1),glutathione peroxidase 4(GPX4),superoxide dismutase 1(SOD1), and activities of catalase in the ileum mucosa(P<0.05),significantly reduced malondialdehyde content in the ileum and cecal mucosa,and significantly increased the mRNA relative expression levels of SOCS1,Nrf2,SOD1,GPX4 and activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in the cecum mucosa(P<0.05). Compared to the Con group,the Hes supplementation significantly decreased the content of LPS and IL-1β in serum(P<0.05),significantly increased the mRNA relative expression levels of Nrf2 and SOCS1 in the ileum(P<0.05),and enhanced the activities of GSH-Px(P<0.05).
