摘 要:以玉米秸秆和木屑为试材,采用单因素随机区组试验设计,设置6个不同比例的玉米秸秆与木屑配方,研究了不同配方基质对香菇菌丝生长速度、胞外酶活性、子实体形态、生物学效率和投入产出比的影响,以期为香菇草腐化栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:随着培养料中玉米秸秆含量的增加,培养料单位体积的干物质质量和碳氮比逐渐降低,菌丝生长逐渐变得细弱缓慢,胞外酶活性、生物学效率和投入产出比呈现出先升高后降低的趋势。综上可知,玉米秸秆栽培香菇的添加量不易超过48%。玉米秸秆添加量为16%时(木屑64%、玉米秸秆16%、麸皮18%、石膏粉1%、蔗糖1%),生物学效率和投入产出比最高,分别达到77.30%和1∶1.44。Taking corn straw and sawdust as the test materials,six different proportions of corn straw and sawdust formulas were set up by single factor randomized block experimental design.The effects of different formula substrates on the mycelial growth rate,extracellular enzyme activity,fruiting body morphology,biological efficiency and input-output ratio of Lentinula edodes were studied,in order to provide reference for the decay cultivation of Lentinula edodes.The results showed that with the increase of corn straw content in the substrate,the dry matter mass and carbon-nitrogen ratio per unit volume of the substrate gradually decreased,the mycelial growth gradually became weak and slow,and the extracellular enzyme activity,biological efficiency and input-output ratio showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing.In conclusion,the addition of corn straw to cultivate Lentinula edodes was not likely to exceed 48%.When the addition amount of corn straw was 16%(sawdust 64%,corn straw 16%,bran 18%,gypsum powder 1%,sucrosel%),the biological efficiency and input-output ratio were the highest,reaching 77.30%and 1:1.44,respectively.
