摘 要:该研究分析了我国近年来芦苇、南荻栽培食用菌的优势,对芦苇、南荻在食用菌基料配方的筛选、栽培技术等方面进行综述,针对芦苇、南荻基质特性研究不系统、栽培配套技术缺乏标准化以及基质与子实体品质相关性研究不深等问题提出相关建议,以期为芦苇、南荻产业转型升级以及食用菌持续发展提供参考依据,促进循环农业发展。The advantages of cultivating edible fungi with Phragmites australis and Triarrhena lutarioriparius were analyzed,and the selection of edible fungus cultivation media and cultivation techniques were summarized.It was pointed out that there were some problems in research,such as the insufficiency of systematic research on the characteristics of cultivation substrate,the nonstandardization of cultivation technology,and the lack of in-depth exploration on the correlation between substrate and fruit body quality,etc.The development prospect of research and application was prospected to provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of Phragmites australis and Triarrhena lutarioriparius industries and the sustainable development of edible fungi,and promote the development of circular agriculture.
