摘 要:目的:分析子宫颈癌患者高危型人乳头状瘤病毒(high-risk human papillomavirus,HR-HPV)感染情况及HR-HPV亚型分布情况。方法:研究纳入咸宁市妇幼保健院2020年2月—2024年1月临床收治的子宫颈癌患者322例为对象,采用HR-HPV核酸扩增分型检测试剂盒检测HR-HPV感染情况。采用PCR-反向斑点杂交技术检测患者宫颈细胞中HR-HPV不同亚型,同时采用全自动微生物鉴定仪检测并比较HR-HPV感染组、非HR-HPV感染组的阴道细菌感染情况。结果:322例子宫颈癌患者中,HR-HPV感染共247例,占比76.71%;HR-HPV感染子宫颈癌患者中,HR-HPV 16型感染率最高,为48.29%(127/263),HR-HPV 18型(15.36%)、31型(7.98%)、33型(6.46%)分别排名第二、第三、第四位。247例HR-HPV感染患者中,HR-HPV多重感染共16例;322例子宫颈癌患者中,HR-HPV感染组患者阴道细菌感染率(79.76%)显著高于非HR-HPV感染组(41.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=41.091,P<0.05)。结论:子宫颈癌患者HR-HPV感染率较高,以HR-HPV 16型、18型最为常见,且HR-HPV感染子宫颈癌患者阴道细菌感染率高于非HR-HPV感染子宫颈癌患者。Objective:To analyze high-risk human papillomavirus(HR-HPV)infection status,distribution of HR-HPV subtypes in patients with cervical cancer.Method:A study was conducted on 322 patients with cervical cancer admitted to Xianning Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2020 to January 2024.HR-HPV nucleic acid amplification typing test kit was used to detect HR-HPV infection.PCR reverse dot blot hybridization technology was used to detect different subtypes of HR-HPV in cervical cells of patients.At the same time,a fully automated microbial identification instrument was used to detect and compare vaginal bacterial infections within the HR-HPV infection group,non HR-HPV infection group.Result:Among 322 cases of cervical cancer patients,there were 247 cases of HR-HPV infection,accounting for 76.71%.Among patients with cervical cancer infected with HR-HPV,the infection rate of HR-HPV 16 type was the highest,at 48.29%(127/263),HRHPV 18 type(15.36%),31 type(7.98%),and 33 type(6.46%)ranked the second,third,and fourth respectively.Among 247 HR-HPV infected patients,16 cases of multiple infections of HR-HPV.Among 322 cases of cervical cancer patients,the vaginal bacterial infection rate in the HR-HPV infection group(79.76%)was significantly higher than that in the non HR-HPV infection group(41.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=41.091,P<0.05).Conclusion:The infection rate of HR-HPV is higher in cervical cancer patients,with HR HPV type 16 and 18 being the most common.Moreover,the vaginal bacterial infection rate of HR-HPV infected cervical cancer patients is higher than that of non HR-HPV infected cervical cancer patients.
