摘 要:根据最新建设工程抗震管理条例,位于高烈度区的学校类建筑均需进行减隔震设计。隔震设计中,为了方便隔震垫的安装,隔震层上下支墩截面每边要比隔震垫边缘大100mm,因此隔震层上下支墩截面通常大于上层柱截面。为了避免竖向荷载偏心作用下的附加弯矩对隔震支座产生不利影响,设计时通常采用隔震层上支墩与上层柱保持中心对齐的做法。但是边柱、角柱中心对齐之后将会使得上支墩突出建筑外轮廓,对建筑立面及雨落管的布置均会产生不利的影响。本文结合具体工程案例,分析上支墩与上层柱外侧偏心对齐对隔震支座受力的影响。分析结果表明,上支墩与上层柱偏心导致的附加弯矩对上支墩及隔震支座的影响较小,附加弯矩主要由与之相连的隔震层梁及上层柱承担,并根据隔震层梁及上层柱线刚度比进行分配。通过分析可知,对于常规柱跨及常规荷载作用下,为了保证建筑效果,多层建筑边柱、角柱位置可以将上支墩与上层柱外侧偏心对齐。According to the latest regulations on seismic management of construction projects,school buildings located in high intensity areas need to undergo seismic reduction and isolation design.In isolation design,in order to facilitate the installation of isolation bearings,the cross-section of the upper and lower piers of the isolation layer is 100mm larger than the edge of the isolation bearing on each side,so the cross-section of the upper and lower piers of the isolation layer is generally larger than the cross-section of the upper column.In order to avoid the adverse impact of additional bending moments under eccentric vertical loads on the isolation bearings,the method of maintaining center alignment between the piers on the isolation layer and the upper columns is commonly used in design.However,the alignment of the center of the side column and corner column will cause the upper pier to protrude from the outer contour of the building,which will have a negative impact on the layout of the building facade and rain pipes.Based on such specific engineering case,this paper analyzes the impact of the upper pier being eccentrically aligned with the outer side of the upper column on the stress of the isolation bearing.The analysis results show that the additional bending moment caused by the eccentricity of the upper pier and the upper column has little influence on the upper pier and the isolation support,and the additional bending moment is mainly borne by the connected isolation layer beam and the upper column,and is distributed according to the linear stiffness ratio of the isolation layer beam and the upper column.Through analysis,it can be seen that under the action of conventional column spans and conventional loads,in order to ensure the architectural effect,the positions of the side columns and corner columns of multi-storey buildings can be eccentrically aligned with the outer side of the upper pier and the upper column.
