成人癫痫患者睡眠障碍的特点及其与抑郁焦虑的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨成人癫痫患者睡眠障碍的特点及其与抑郁焦虑的关系。方法回顾性抽取2022年2月至2023年8月西安市第三医院收治的成人癫痫患者104例作为研究组(其中发生睡眠障碍45例,未发生睡眠障碍59例),另抽取同期健康体检者104例作为对照组。两组均接受多导睡眠监测系统监测。比较两组睡眠特点;比较研究组中发生睡眠障碍者与未发生睡眠障碍者心理情绪(焦虑、抑郁)评分;分析睡眠障碍与焦虑抑郁的关系。结果研究组入睡后觉醒时间(WASO)、非快速动眼睡眠-N2期(NREM-N2)、睡眠期转换次数(SSS)高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组中发生睡眠障碍者汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分高于未发生睡眠障碍者(P<0.05)。结论癫痫患者睡眠情况以WASO、NREM-N2、SSS增高为主要特征,癫痫患者发生睡眠障碍时心理焦虑、抑郁情绪评分较高。ObjectiveTo investigate the characteristics of sleep disorders in adult epilepsy patients,and to analyze their correlations with depression and anxiety.MethodsA total of 104 adult patients with epilepsy admitted to Xi’an Third Hospital from February 2022 to August 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study group(including 45 cases with sleep disorders and 59 cases without sleep disorders).Another 104 healthy persons who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups were monitored by the polysomnography system.And the sleep characteristics of the two groups were compared.The psycho-emotional scores(anxiety and depression)were compared between patients with and without sleep disorders in the study group.And the correlation of sleep disorder with anxiety and depression was analyzed.ResultsThe wakefulness after sleep onset(WASO),non-rapid eye movement-N2(NREM-N2)and number of sleep stage shifts(SSS)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale in patients with sleep disorder were higher than those in patients without sleep disorders in the study group(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe sleep status of epilepsy patients is mainly characterized by increased WASO,NREM-N2,and SSS.And patients with epilepsy have higher scores of psychological anxiety and depression when they have sleep disorders.
